The car parks operate a pay & display system and enforcement is carried out by Indigo (formerly VINCI Park), which can be contacted on 020 8661 0096, 7 days a week, between 8am and 6.30pm. During these hours you are required to purchase a pay and display ticket from the machine and display it within your vehicle so that it is clearly visible to civil enforcement officers. Failure to do this may result in the issuance of a penalty charge notice (PCN).
