There is a maximum LHA figure for each room level which applies across the country. The maximum national levels are:
Shared Accommodation
- One bedroom - £250 per week
- Two bedrooms - £290 per week
- Three bedrooms - £340 per week
- Four bedrooms - £400 per week
Note: these are maximum rates and not the current levels for Norwich.
