Home Options is the way you can apply for social housing and shared ownership in the Norwich City Council area.

How to join the housing register

Before you can view and bid on the available properties you will need to apply to be added to the housing register. You can do this by:

  • visiting the customer centre at City Hall
  • calling 0344 980 3333.

Our advisers will discuss your housing needs and the options available to you. You will be asked to supply all the necessary documents to verify your circumstances.

If you want to arrange to speak to us via an interpreter, please let staff know when getting in touch so that they can arrange support, or let us know via email on homeoptions@norwich.gov.uk

You can also use the public access computers in the customer centre at City Hall to access the service.
