Annual canvass

We have now completed the Annual Canvass and published the electoral register on 1 December 2015.

We are currently sending Reminder Individual Registration Forms to all new residents whose names were added to the Household Enquiry Form sent in September 2015 and have not yet responded to their Individual Voter Registration Form.
 
If you receive a form, the easiest way to register is by visiting www.gov.uk/register-to-vote . This should only take five minutes and you will need your date of birth and national insurance number (which can be found on official paperwork such as payslips, benefit or tax credit letters). If you do not wish to register online you can still complete and return the form sent to you using the return envelope supplied or register to vote by calling us on 0344 980 3333.
 
We will continue to contact those new residents who have been added to the Household Enquiry Form but have not yet individually registered.

Remember it’s simpler, clearer and faster to register to vote online.
 
If you have already individually registered you do not need to do anything further and we will be sending a Household Notification Letter in February 2016 confirming who is individually registered at your address.
